Returns & Refunds Policy
Kimiko follows EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Return period: within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Exemptions apply to opened cat litter, food, or supplements (unless defective).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, using the original payment method.
